Automatic Blow Molding Machine Operation Process

The operation of the fully automatic blow molding machine is relatively simple, but in order to ensure production efficiency and product quality, the operator still needs to master certain professional knowledge and skills.

1. Raw material preparation: Check whether the type, quantity and quality of plastic particles meet the production requirements. Add plastic particles to the hopper.

2. Equipment inspection: Check whether the various parts of the bottle blow molding machine are intact and the connection is firm. Check whether the cooling water system and lubrication system are normal. Check whether the mold is installed correctly and the positioning is accurate.

3. Start the blow molding machine: Preheat the extruder, mold and other components according to the operating procedures to ensure that the temperature meets the process requirements.

4. Parameter setting: Set production parameters such as extrusion speed, blowing pressure, cooling time, etc. on the control panel.

5. Start production: Press the start button and the blow molder starts to run automatically.

6. Process monitoring: Observe the operation of the blow molding machine and deal with abnormal situations in time. Check product quality to ensure that it meets production requirements.

7. Finished product removal: After the product is cooled and shaped, take out the finished product.

8. Blow molding machine cleaning: After production is completed, clean the blow molding machine and clean up the residues in the barrel, mold and other parts.
